Morning Meditation

Tue & Thurs: 7.00 am - 8.00 am

Early Bird Meditation (45 min silent meditation)

Tue & Thurs: 8.00 am - 9.00 am

Morning Meditation (Tue 35 min + recitation*, Thu 40 min silent meditation)

Evening Meditation

Mon: 7 - 8.30 pm

Zen Night (2x 30 min silent meditation)

Wed: 6- 7.15 pm

Beginner's Night (30 min + 20 min silent meditation)

All meditation times take place on a donation basis (recommendation 3-5€) in the Zen Lab and are also broadcast online. Zoom link belowlinktr.ee/ZenLab

* Recitation: Teaching texts, the so-called sutras, are rhythmically recited together. It's not so much about understanding the words, but also about feeling the sound they create together.
