Yoga is the connection between body, breath and mind. Based on experiencing and discovering your own individual breathing process, we will develop calm and focused physical exercises that promote a powerful yet light posture and strengthen your own body awareness. Breathing is often perceived more intensively during the exercises and flows deeper and more completely over time. Your mind is invited to calm down and engage with the present moment. The yoga class ends with a fifteen-minute meditation and is therefore also suitable for people who can or want to sit for shorter periods of time and as an introduction to longer periods of sitting.    

Please bring comfortable clothing.
The lesson is suitable for anyone interested, even without prior knowledge.

  • Meeting at  6:00 pm, start at  6:15 pm - 7:45 pm

  • Recommended donation  €7-12, members €5-10
