Yoga is the connection of body, breath and mind. Based on experiencing and discovering your own individual breathing process, we will develop calm and focused physical exercises that promote a powerful and at the same time light posture and strengthen your own body awareness. Breathing is often perceived more intensively during the exercises and flows deeper and more completely over time. Your mind is invited to rest and engage in the present moment. The yoga class ends with a fifteen-minute meditation and is therefore also suitable for people who want to sit for a shorter time and as an introduction to longer periods of sitting.
Please bring comfortable clothing.
The lesson is suitable for anyone who is interested, even without prior knowledge.
